Blue Dart Express — Rude behaviour of Delivery agent and Refusal to deliver

I ordered an product from traya which was to be delivered through blue dart on 28th jan of 2023 while the delivery agent asked me to collect it from him because he said he won't be coming to my area just for one package. On denying to collect he started rude behaviour and refused to deliver. On the subsequent days I complaint to blue dart and traya both but even after than delivery agent didn't deliver the package and he put the reason for non-delivery that address was incorrect and I refused to show Id. while the delivery agent never showed up to address.
