Blue Dart Express — rudeness of executive who spoke

I called bluedart and spoke to miss ruchita bagade from the company. There was a courier which went back twice even after requesting for a before 11 am delivery. I called to make sure my important bank document reaches me on time. The lady ruchita spoke v. Rudely and had a very taunting tone. You need to improve your hospitality. People need to be trained to talk to customers. I had a problem and that is the reason i called. If the lady cannot solve my problem then why is she there??? Requesting a delivery before 11 am is not unreasonable!!. You owe me an apology!!
