Blue Dart Express — Service provided by Blue dart Courier mentioning the reason "Delay caused beyond control" | |||
I am waiting for delivery of my online purchased television. It was sent from Navi Mumbai through Blue dart courier. It reaches from Navi Mumbai to Rajkot within two days. Sent on 30th July 2020 from Navi Mumbai and arrived at Rajkot on 1st August 2020. But it is yet not delivered to me at delivery location. Reason mentioned on Blue dart website is "Delay Caused Beyond Control". There was no delay for shipment from Mumbai to Rajkot but now company says this reason and do not mention what is not under their control. I hope that they will deliver the product safely at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
