[Resolved] Blue Dart Express — shipment delay / complaint | |||
Hi, My shipment aws no is [protected]. I hv not received my credit card since one month due to below reason. I have received a call of mr. Raj maurya from blue dart for card delivery & i have confirmed the address which is also registered with bank. But as per mr. Raj maurya that is not the correct address & i have to change the address in bank. I just want to inform that i am living on rent & which address provided me by my landlord & which is also mentioned on landlord's id proof, the same address is mentioned in my aadhar card & as well as registered with bank. I am receiving lot of couriers on this address then why mr. Raj maurya or blue dart can not delivered the courier on this address. I just want to inform to mr. Raj maurya that this address is generated by government not by me. I also requested to mr. Raj maurya that if your courier person will not get the correct location then he can call me & i will confirm him the location but he denied & rudely says that provide the correct address otherwise we will not deliver the card. Due to this still i am waiting of my card since 7th of nov. Kindly take the corrective action on this & sensitize your office staff & tell them how to deal with customer. Kindly deliver my card asap. Sep 17, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Blue dart head office personal called me up & ask for the issue which I described them. Then they instructed to the local office to deliver the card on my address.
