Very important shipment was delayed by two days. When asked to customer care they are just giving excuses saying it is already delayed by vendor/it will be delivered in some time and it is subject to delay so it can be delayed. Very ridiculous. The bluedart contact number given is not reachable [protected]- vishnu. There is no trust on this company for shipment as they are not aware or not sure of delivering the shipment.
