The shipment is delivered to wrong or unknown person. There was no attempt to communicate to me if there was any clarification required. Nor i was given the delivery agent details to contact.

Since the package contains sensitive information, i would highly appreciate if this package is delivered to me. There is no point of contact for these kind of scenarios where the package is not delivered but we get a notification saying that the package is delivered already to the person who don't know. It's very surprising that how can a sensitive information package which is intended to deliver directly to the recipient on the package gets delivered to someone unknown. It's really a poor service and immature of the way the process is working. There was no attempt made to contact the recipient nor the package was tried to attempt the delivery. Changing the status to delivered and marking it as a milestone is not a great achievement when the package is not even reached the valid recipient. It's not a old age postal system which gets missed or lost, in the era of technology and with the existing systems these kind of mistakes is not at all acceptable since the valuable things or information in the package can be misused.
