Blue Dart Express — Shipment Delivery-5/07/2017 | |||||
I was expecting a shipment of a credit card today, 5th of July 2017, (waybill no.[protected]). Bluedart did not provide me with the local contact no of the delivery person due to which I did not know the exact time of the delivery and had to wait at home as retrieving the delivery if missed would be a complicated process. I had to completely rely on there calls informing me about the whereabouts of the parcel which was very inconvenient. My basic suggestion to the company is to please provide a local contact no. of the delivery person so that coordination is smooth and the parcel will not be missed at any cost.
