Dear Customer Care Executive,
This is the most worst experience I have faced towards delivery of my parcel Blue Dart Courier, employ not do their job seriously they do not call us to make sure that you have a courier. is it the correct address or not.
am expecting delivery of my parcel which has been shipped by iredeem(AxisBank) via way bill no-Waybill No : [protected] Reference No : 97375 by bluedart courier. Parcel was out for delivery on 08 December 2016, from mumbai, I have made many calls & requests for supplying my parcel on priority despite nothing has been done. When I again tracked after some time, I have shocked & surprised to see a fake & false remark of is SHIPMENT DELIVERED to "Consignee Kaveri" with timing 13:08. i clearly mentioned my address that # 110 Kaveri nadi road, brundavan nagar, gavipuram extn, bangalore-560019.with phone no who is that "Kaveri" ?did they took any acknowledgement Signature? i[censored] have taken the signature then i want a copy of that letter. Atleast the curior boy should call to me on my cell number so that i can convey the right message or else i can contact him This fraudulent act of courier company has caused me great mental agony. I want my parcel on urgent basis.
or refund of my product value.
