Blue Dart Express — shipment not delivered till 06 oct against expected 01 oct

Dear team
My waybill no. [protected] is not delivered yet.
On 05oct courier person called for delivery at time 18:15, it is not acceptable as delivery address is office.
I asked him to deliver today (06oct), however today no prompt response and giving another contact nos as expecting to collect my shipment from their office.
Pls resolve the issue asap.
