Blue Dart Express — Shipment not delivered yet & showing consignee refusing to give necessary identification | |||||
My shipment (Reference no. EV[protected] ) has not handed over to me. Shipment has arrived in respective branch which is near to my address, on 29 July 2016. I have not got call from anybody however shipment status mentioned is Consignee Refusing To Give Necessary Identification Undelivered Shipment Hold At Location.. Not sure how they wrongly assign status of shipment without approaching customer. Bluedart is getting paid for their service then why not they provide proper service??? This is the second time I have got same frustrating experience from blue dart courier company. Need to take serious action against them.. When all other courier services provide proper services..Why Blue dart Not giving proper service?? So I request plesae delivered my shipment no. EV[protected] as soon as posiable.
