Blue Dart Express — shipment not received yet after multiple follow ups | |||||
Awb : [protected] I have been calling customer care number for the past 5 days. Every day i am asked to confirm the address. After i confirm address, the customer care executive asks me whether its an apartment or an individual house. Once i confirm that its an individual house in a residential area in the city, they are saying that will call back and co-ordinate the delivery (This happened 5 times). Till date i have not received a single call or attempt to reach me. I am fed up calling blue dart customer care everyday. The tracker shows that the shipmnt is in edappally for the past 1 week. This place is just 15 mins from my home. Yet this is not delivered yet. No one from bluedart has even tried to contact me for once even after i calling them up for 5 times If you are facing any issue delivery this. I can come and pick it up The shipment has my new credit card sent by my bank. I urgently need it to manage my finance. If you cannot deliver to my address i am more than happy to come and collect it from your branch. Please dont give me the crap that the address is not right. I get all sorts of courier everyday different courier services everyday. If you have any doubt on the address, please call me on my number like any normal courier service would do. Please take this seriously. If some one could give me number through which i can escalate i would be grateful Was this information helpful? | |||||
