Shipment hasn't been delivered while I have received one message and one automated call about "delivery attempted but not possible due to premises closed" which is completely false as I have been at my home at those times. Customer service is extremely unhelpful with no idea about what's happening. What can I do to get my delivery?? I have called the customer service multiple times but all they tell me is that the shipment is out for delivery. The tracking website gets updated later. This is such poor service.
