Blue Dart Express — shipment was not delivered but updated as delivered in tracking details. | |||
11/6/2018: [protected] The waybill number is [protected]. when we have checked in the morning around 11am it was displaying as shipment is at yousifguda and the when we were calling at customer care number [protected] at 4pm it is displaying as delivered and the recipient name : Akshay. But in our office there is no such person available. how come with out delivered you can update as it is delivered . it was an important courier to our office and when we called up to customer care and asked they are saying that we will hundred numbers of couriers in one lot and it will be displayed as delivered. Is this the way you will confuse people. because of some people the brand image of Blue Dart Courier will lose the goodwill or name. when i called to some person from Blue dart on his mobile he answered and gave to someone that person is responding the courier is with us and will deliver to you. then i asked how can you update as delivered he is saying that we will courier in one lot it will display as delivered. please make sure that the details should be updated once it is delivered and wrong persons name it should not be mentioned.
