Blue Dart Express — the courier containing my passport and visa took three days to reach me.

Dear sir/madam

My passport and visa were dispatched throught your courier service from vfs office delhi at august 24, 2018. I am attaching the screen shot of messages which was sent by vfs delhi. The courier was reached me around 12pm at august 27, 2018. I am also attaching the screen shot of message of delivery of the item received from you around 10:40am at august 27, 2018.
Nearly three days were taken for a smaller distance between delhi and roorkee i. E. Only 180 km.
My flight daparture time was 4:00am at august 27, 2018. I missed my flight due to this. I am attaching the flight ticket.
I have lost around sixty thousand.
I expect you to kindly compensate my losses.
