Blue Dart Express — The delivery agent is providing wrong information and not delivering the consignment | |||||
Dear Bluedart representative, AWB Number: [protected] I would like to bring to your notice that your delivery agent is giving false information again and again. We were at home for all day on 6th May on which your your first delivery attempt failed. On May 8th again my wife was at home all day and still it says that the delivery attempt failed. On May 9th again the same story was repeated. All these are clear lies. On May 8th, after the second delivery attempt failure I called the Bluedart costumer support centre and they assured me that this issue will be taken care of but still nothing happened and the same story was repeated again. I even asked the customer support guy to inform your delivery agent to give me a call when he is coming but still I haven't received any calls from your delivery agent at all.
