Blue Dart Express — the delivery boy is not responding

The negligence of the duty by delivery boy. My order details: Name: michi mamung Order no: drd-ls/17-18/00128714 Reference no:00128714 I've placed an order on 9th march 2018 when the delivery was to be done between 2-4 working days. The delivery boy said that he will revert me a call back after delivering someone's stuffs but there was no call till the working period and also he didn't answer to his call back when i've called him. The courier boy is not prepared to wait for 1 or2 minutes till the required ID is brought from upstairs.By the time ID is brought he left without delivering the courier.This does not speak well of the companys service.Kindly arrange for the delivery immediately.
