I want to complaint about the fake services of this blue dart company. My bank sent welcome kit through this platform. When I checked on its website, then they confirm the shipment and said that your order will be delivered on 24 March. When I check again on 24. Then they said order received and will deliver tomorrow. When I checked on 25 then they are showing the order is in transit. When I call them on their official number then each time when the call connect there I receive the autogenerated voice that there is congestion, and the customer is busy. And even for saying this they charged 8 rupees from my Airtel account. Who is this possible, i don't know. They are in reality giving the fake services in our country. The same incident was happened with me in past years also. When my bank send credit card to my address. They never go to the said address. They return the orders by itself. Because the banks and other organization have already paid the fees to them. Every time they are blaming the customers that customers are not found, they have not picked the calls. Or they are not present on the said address. Dear sir, we are verified citizens of India, and after getting our kyc verification complete we are opening our accounts. Then how it is possible that our addres are wrong. By doing this they are challenging our govt. Kyc management system also. Who gave this permission to this company to reject our orders on the basis of what they are saying. Again i am requesting to the leagal department of india to take a strong action against this fake company. I have a AWB number [protected]. And this order is still in transit. And no person came to my house to deliver this order. I want strong legal action against this company. Thanks
