Only 2 time, but both were horrible experiences to me by blue dart. I have a complaint against one lady brenda (Must be fake name) and courier person with cell no. [protected]. First time this person, called me where he was to collect the parcel instead of delivering at home. After lot of followups and complaints, he delivered the parcel at night. Second time this person, came to the building but did not go to home. My daughter and maid were at home. I was with doctor (I have liver cirrhosis) and could not attend his calls. But why did not he deliveredat home? We called him up not less than 45 times but he did not answer. We called up customer complaint numbers. They said it will be done next day. Second time when we called up to customer complaint to know the status, this brenda communicated extremely rude. We were shocked to see that such horrible people are working in blue dart. Extremely, really extremely horrible experience. Now she is telling us the rules that the person collecting should be 18 years and above and that he/she must have govt. Id proof. I know it is like having a revenge against the complaint we have lodged. Is there any use of writing this? Even a local courier services are much better. Was this information helpful? | |||
