Blue Dart Express — torn and damaged packaging

I had booked item for delivery through shipper hbn network pvt ltd after paying the amount online. The shipper hired blue dart express for delivery of item. Initially i was given a reminder from shipper that the courier service will deliver on a particular day and message was also received in my mobile. Based on that i tracked the shipment and was horrified to see that shipment could not be delivered as the address was not accessible.I lodged complaint online and spoke to courier service. Then when they finally arrived the packaging was completely torn and beyond comprehension as if it was deliberately tampered with. Very sad service and without any care and compassion.

Updated by bijoy mukerjee I do not understand why a customer has to be put into such inconvenience in that he will have no lodge a complaint, ask for refund and fight his way through the system by giving all confidential details like bank account, mobile number and address for a refund to be initiated just because someone has been inefficient and careless. refund must come from courier service since they collected the item from the shipper, ensured that packaging is fool proof, and promised to delivery in time and as per the condition handed over to the courier service. Customer must not be penalised at all.

Bluedart Express. Location Kompally.
Name of courier who failed to deliver it properly (packaging torn and tampered with) was then entered into the receipt along with ID Number

Updated by bijoy mukerjee Service of Blue Dart is pathetic, un professional, careless, could not care attitude, extremely late in delivery, return of packaging without verification due to lethargies. And above all they have habit of tampering of sealed packaging. At times they expect customer to come to their where house and collect, which I have experienced several times.

Hence I will not recommend any vendor or customer to approach the courier service due to above experience.
