Blue Dart Express — unable to deliver my item

My tracking id [protected] shows that the item is dispatch but i haven't receive the item nor any call from your delivery office. Instead i called your delivery counter and enquired regarding my package and they said it will be delivered today ie 8 feb 19, but now i'm trying to call all your office and no one is answering my call. I think this kind of delivery will bring bad impact to every customer. It is very discouraging to be your customer.
Please look into the matter so that my item will be delivered by tomorrow and ensure that these will not happen to other customers and in near future

I booked a JBL speaker on online add on 02.02.2019.rupees 1999...cash on delivery.i got that item 05.02.2019 by BLUE DART CORRIER service.. It is different and not the JBL speaker it's a local company products not such Price that the company was shows.Now I want to return it by same processor and want to refund.
