Blue Dart Express — Undelivered and get back without intimation | |||||
Dear Sir/ Madam, This is the worst experience I have faced towards delivery of my Shipment. Blue Dart Courier employees and his office staff they are not doing their job seriously, they didn’t call me or message and not even visited at my home. Without intimation they have return my Shipment and this is not happened first time with me. When I was call and ask regarding my shipment @ Bhopal Center they was replied this area is not comes under them (out of delivery area) when I was ask, why you have been mention my area pin code service at your BLUE DART Bhopal Center, then the replied was really shocking, “It is not our fault, It is Payback department fault”. Tell them to delete you’re area pin code. No Manner how to talking with your Customer. BLUE DART Waybill no. [protected] BLUE DART Email ID- [protected]@bluedart.com Order placed date: 12 Jan 2017 Shipment dispatched on - 21 Jan 2017 Shipment Arrived at Bhopal Center on - 23 Jan 2017 Shipment Returned to Origin at Shipper’s on - 25 Jan 2017 Please take some serious action against them and return back my Shipment asap.
