Blue Dart Express — Undelivered Consignment no responsibility By courier service

Dear Sir, I used Blue Dart Service to send my letter from Bhubnaswar to Noida . I handover to courier service on 12th but it did not deliver to my Noida Address till 16th. Even this delay the worst part is that I called their customer care service 8-10 time and only one executive Aparna responded positively rest all are making me fool by putting me on hold. These letter were related to my home loan disbursement and because of this delay and disappointing response I have to pay late fee interest.I wanted to you please take strict action against them so that no one else will suffer due to this.
