This is to draw your kind attention to the unsatisfactory service of your company. Today on 30/06/2018, there was the delivery of my british council shipment with track no.[protected]. For this, one of your delivery executive named mr. Karan rang me with his mobile no. [protected] and surprisingly he asked me to come 10 kilometres away from my mailing address and take the shipment. I requested him to deliver the packet at the given address. Then he said, this courier will be sent back to british council and with his totally unprofessional language he suggested me a complaint against him and he sent the remarks "consignee's address incorrect".
Being such a reputed courier company, i never expected such an irresponsible behaviour and i have still not received that courier which is important to me.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
