Parcel shipped on 10th jan 2019 and arrived at nearest location on 12th jan 2019.
Till today 21st january delivery not done and never contacted on phone for delivery. Wrong status updating in delivery centre that item out for delivery, then without making any phone call status updated "consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed".
Very poor service, for same address i got delivery before twice and once the item returned in past. I don't on what basis they are doing this. If they don't have service to the destination address should not pick up the shipment.
