The shipment is out for delivery since saturday 13th, aug 2016. As it was my office address and office remain close on saturday i asked their customer care representative for attempt delivery on either on primary address as i was ready to reach office if they agree or on alternate address which is my home address, but she denied for that and scheduled my delivery on 16th aug 2016 tuesday due to 14th and 15th aug being holiday i. E. Sunday and independence day. Again on 16th august delivery guy couldn't locate my primary address and didn't deliver. I asked their representative to deliver on alternate address same day if possible but again she denied so i asked for next day delivery and she scheduled it. Now on 17th aug 2016, it again went out for delivery and didn't delivery saying that "address unlocatable/ landmark needed", he didn't even call me to ask proper address if he is not able to locate and left it undelivered. On the same day i called customer care executive and asked her for concern so she then promised me to deliver on next day 18th aug, 2016. It was rakshabandhan on next day, so i double crossed her that was she sure to deliver me on holiday and she agreed. I called on 18th aug 2016 asking about delivery and she denies that she didn't make such commitment. Even other customer care representatives are answering rudely and not going to accept the complaints even stating that "its holiday we will not accept any complaints and we will not deliver today by anyhow" Was this information helpful? |
