I contacted the customer care of blue dart asking for the details regarding the shipment.
I specifically asked regarding any additional document required to be submitted to the courier guy.
They said no.
In evening their courier guy comes and tell an additional document required, i told him i contacted the customer care and they told no document is required.
He told "aapko dena hai to do nahi to mein ja rha". I contacted the customer care again.
The call was connected after 30 minutes of time. When I asked regarding the document they told it is required.
I asked why they did not tell this in morning when I call, they replied they forget to tell.
I said I dont have any place to keep the shipment and your courier guy is not ready to wait for 5 min also to let me arrange the document.
They replied they cannot help in that, what max they can do is ask them to come tomorrow.

The courier guy told me the prize that was around Rs 1000 more than what was informed by customer care.
I contacted the customer care and they changed the prize of the shipment 3 times within the same call.
I asked them to raise a complaint regarding this. They told they will not register the complain.
I asked to connect the call to the superior, to that they replied we dont have any superior present.
After this they cut the call.
They neither provide the correct details, nor they provide any complain number
