Blue Dart Express — unsuccessful delivery and rude behaviour of customer care ranchi of blue dart | |||
My two items with tracking ids [protected] and [protected] are not delivered, but blue dart ranchi is saying that it was attempted to deliver. It is not true. The delivery person has neither tried to reach my home nor he/she called me. When i called customer care ranchi of blue dart the representative was rudely said that he can not give any information due to system failure, which did not seem convincing.
