Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a serious complaint regarding the delivery of my shipment bearing AWB No. [protected], which contained a cheque book dispatched by Kotak Mahindra Bank.
On the morning of the delivery date, at approximately 10:09 AM, I received an SMS from Blue Dart informing me that my shipment would be delivered during the day. However, at approximately 11:59 AM, I received another SMS stating that the shipment had been delivered to a person named "DEEPAK".
I wish to place on record the following facts:
I do not know any person named "DEEPAK".
I never authorized any third party to receive this shipment on my behalf.
I did not receive any phone call from the delivery executive before delivery.
I did not receive or share any OTP for delivery verification.
I have not received the cheque book.
The shipment contains sensitive banking instruments, and unauthorized delivery poses a serious risk of financial fraud and misuse.
I am shocked that a confidential banking document has allegedly been handed over to an unknown person without my authorization and without any apparent verification process.
Therefore, I call upon Blue Dart to provide the following information immediately:
• Complete Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Name, employee ID, and contact details of the delivery executive.
• Exact delivery address and GPS location where the shipment was marked delivered.
• Delivery signature, OTP record, photograph, or any other evidence used to complete the delivery.
• Full details of the person identified as "DEEPAK" who allegedly received the shipment.
• Internal investigation report regarding this delivery.
• Preservation of all delivery records, electronic logs, CCTV footage, and related evidence.
Please treat this email as a formal complaint and request for immediate investigation. I expect a detailed response along with documentary proof within 24 hours of receipt of this email.
In case of any misuse of the cheque book or cheque leaves contained therein, Blue Dart shall be held responsible for the consequences arising out of this negligent and unauthorized delivery.
Kindly acknowledge receipt of this complaint and provide a complaint/reference number for future correspondence.
