Hi blue dart, Way bill no [protected] Yet not received shipment, as per your sms fix appointment for today (17/10/2016) 10.00 am to 2.00pm. As per your online track consignee not available on 15/10/2016 & same status on 16/10/2016. Yesterday is sunday & i am full day present at home so what basis you say i am not available at home. Today also available at home & waiting for delivery (Special for delivery take leave from office). So please humble request you provide delivery on today eod. Kindly look in to this & do the needful.
