I am totally busy person & hate to do this... My courier's tracking no. Is [protected]. I have been curiously tracking my courier since the time the tracking no. Was generated (7 days back). The courier reached dehradun at 9.00 am yesterday and i started following up since it is my mother's birthday gift. We wanted it urgently for her birthday yesterday and bluedart executives kept ensuring the delivery yesterday itself, which actually didn't happen after multiple follow ups till 9.00 pm yesterday night. We didn't go out because of the expected shipment. I feel they have lost or held my packet and has no intentions to deliver. Kindly note my complaint on priority and revert asap. This is highly against ethics. Very disappointing is that runner never came to deliver but updated the tracking status as landmark needed/ address unlocated - is this a joke? All you had to do was find house no. 6/6 in wing 3, premnagar. Crap, they didn't bother to call once even if that was the real case. Fortunately, some one finally answered telephone no.[protected] this morning in dehradun blue dart office, i asked him why did he update falsely as he never tried delivering my parcel yesterday, so he apologized and committed the delivery by 2.00 pm today. I heard nothing so far. This is super frustrating. No one is responding on that number like always. Please return my packet or we shall take this up differently.
