Waybill no : [protected] - this courier has been booked on 1/6/16 at ludhiana and scheduled to deliver by today but till now we have not received. I have spoken to your customer care twice today. But even they are not able to give any useful information or delivery confirmation. They are asking to call by tomorrow to know the status of this courier. This the 2nd case. Last time i have received the courier after 12 days!!!. Really not happy with the service and response from blue dart. I need the above said courier by tomorrow without fail as it is very important for a presentation due tomorrow. Was this information helpful? | |||||
