Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this email to express my strong dissatisfaction with the handling of my shipment by Bluedart.
My consignment, which was scheduled to be delivered on 28th June, has still not been delivered as of today, 10th July. It has been over more then 10 days past the committed delivery date, and this delay is completely unacceptable.
Upon following up, I was informed that my package is lying at your Gachibowli branch. Shockingly, there has been no communication from your team — no call, no update, and no explanation for the delay. If your team is not capable of making the delivery, kindly let me know so that I can arrange to pick it up myself.
It is extremely disappointing to see such negligence and lack of professionalism from a reputed logistics company like Blue Dart. Is this the new standard of service?
I request immediate action on this matter. Please arrange for the delivery of my consignment without any further delay, or officially confirm if I need to collect it from the Gachibowli office.
