The most pathetic courier company i have come across, my parcel was suppose to be delivered by 23rd but till now it has not been delivered and when iâm checking the website itâs showing consignees address is incorrect which is a total #, whenever i call blue dart on [protected] they donât answer and all i get is all representative are busy, i am tired chasing them, i have been doing online shopping for many years and no one has ever told me that my address is incorrect, they donât even provide details of the courier guy so that customers can call and chase their orders, kindly look into this matter as i have lost all hopes and iâm going to launch an official complaint against blue dart in the consumer forum.
