[Resolved]  Blue Dart Express — With out delivering product updated status delivered to customer

I have placed order from.amazon they sent through bluedart courier vide AWB #[protected] yesterday it was out for delivery we are waiting for with out any call from agent suddenly I got a message that product got delivered to customer .
Not at all delivered to me, but updated as it was delivered how can be such unprofessional, unethical behaviour of such a courier staff had
