Blue Dart Express — without attempting my address consignment got returned

Dear concern,

One of your delivery boy call me for collection of my consignment from office, they will told me i am not going to delivered to your address also he told me its not my responsibility to deliver, its your responsibility to collect from my office, is it blue dart policy???
M sharing his mobile no take necessary action against him.
Who will pay my loses??
Mobile no of delivery boy :- [protected], office owner is also said same... Pls take correct action against him, otherwise i will write a fir against blue dart... Waiting for your positive response.
