Blue Dart Express — Without verifying the delivery services of a location, parcel is taken ahead and then returned back without notifying | |||||
My complaint is on bluedart courier service at bund garden, pune. We took the service on 27th may 2016 to send a document from pune to adoor, kerala. Waybill no:[protected] Pincode provided was 691554 and they have taken the courier request ahead with out verifying whether there is bluedart service at that location. 2 days later while tracking it using the waybill, we came to know that the courier was returned back the same evening to bund garden. Complaint#1: there was no intimation or call to the person who has sent the courier regarding the return back. Complaint#2: we were asked to resend the parcel to another address where they have their delivery service and for that they have charged again the same amount. First time when it was sent back, it was because of their operational fault and for there fault we had to again pay the same amount which is not acceptible. I request the authority to take necessary action and refund us back the initially paid amount from bluedart service, bund garden pune. Attached the screenshot of the waybill status. Bluedart delivery service of Bund Garden is not up to the mark and is not consumer friendly as information are not passed correctly. Also because of there operational fault, consumer is asked to pay again which is not acceptible and should be refund back.
