Blue Dart Express — worst customer service experience ever | |||
Dear sir, Today i had a very bad experience with blue dart. I had a consignment to be delivered today. I got the call from blue dar today evening and said that they cannot deliver the consignment as the plot no is not mentioned in the address. I told them the plot no but still, they denied to deliver it. That was fine, maybe it's their company policy. But the representative who contacted me was so rude that when i asked him what is the possible solution to get the consignment delivered, he was reluctant to provide me the guidance and disconnected the call. Then i contacted blue dart customer care and the response was even worse. The lady at the helpdesk didn't have any idea of it and only thing she was repeating was they can't deliver the consignment and disconnected the call. I have got another consignment also to be delivered through blue dart. I'm afraid that same also may not be delivered. Kindly look into this as it's the third time i'm having a hassle with this courier company. Awb no for the consignment is [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
