This is regarding my waybill reference no: [protected] while tracking online it gave a status report "
Consignee's address incomplete/landmark needed, my expected date of delivery was 1st october 2016 but still i'm not get any single call from dc or care center
It's be fine but when i called to customer care no:[protected] agent named mohd. Tapas picked the call, he was talking like causally, i think he forget that he working in a customer service dept. But its is very ridiculous when he said ha re yar
And i'm already sent a mail to [protected]@bluedart.com but still i'm not received any revert mail or any apologies mail
