I was waiting for my oneplus phone.. it should be deliveried today, I was waiting throught day.. Now I see status on the tracking : CUSTOMER not accepting exchange.. How can this bluedart ### mention the status without CONTACTing me.. I dint got any call or agent dint come to my place.. simply he gave wrong status in tracking app.
