Blue Dart Express — worst service in the country | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam This kind of worst service I never seen/heard in Nationwide. The person who is going to out for delivery the management did not know their contact numbers also. When I asked the contact number they only telling that he will deliver to your door step. Ok I accept that it is credit card matter. I don’t know the what is the time of delivery to the customer it should reach before evening 06:30 O’clock or anytime means like 24 hours format It will be delivered. Whole day I waited in my room at last when I gone to bathroom for fresh up at that time the delivery boy called 20:42 hrs I immediately came to lift but unfortunately it was disconnected & only two rings they will give I don’t know in a typical situation how can a person lift in two rings. After that more than a half dozen times I tried to call but it was not connected. SO YOUR SERVICE IS THE WORST IN THROUGH OUT THE COUNTRY.
