Blue Dart Express — wrong and dirty product

I have ordered the 3 kurti and i got the 3 saree in very bad quality, so please refund my amount of 2000 and i got the saree in very bad quality, in pictures they were showing the product which is very differnet product which i got today, so please help me out, i have got thre wrong and dirty product from the website https://www.queendesignstudio.com/
