I was waiting for a confidential bank consignment delivery through bluedart courier. Awb# [protected]. Which i got sms saying delivered to wrong address. After my complaint the bluedart delivery boy brought the courier from the wrong address and trying to deliver to me. As this is very confidential document i have rejected and sent back.

We had sent our product via blue dart to our customer located in Bangalore, however the consignment has been delivered to another customer in Tamilnadu. Even though the Name and address was clearly visible on the label of the package.

I had been dropped an email to the concern person but could not get any response from them.

I want to escalate this to an higher level.
