Blue Dart Express — wrong delivery of one envelope

One cheque for rs.38633/- sent to my address 301, springfield vestal apartments, p n pudur post, vadavalli, coimbatore was delivered wrongly by
Mr. Sivakumar from your kavundampalayam branch, coimbatore on october 7th, 2019 when i was in usa.
2. I have also contacted your kavundampalayam branch incharge sri. Rajesh over mobile no.[protected] for the past 2 months but in vain. The ref no. Of courier is[protected]dt 05/10/19. Kindly look into the matter and solve the problem.

Mera axis Bank ka card aaya tha agent ne mujhe delivered nahi kiya Mene apna Card apne reletive ke yha mangwaya tha kyuki mere address par delivery nahi thi mene agent se kha bhi ki Card wahi par de to usne kha ki wo courier unhe nahi dega kahne lga jab tum is address par nahi ho to wo couriyar nahi dega
