They are putting message on tracking "consigner address unlocatable". Normally this is not new story in the bluedart team. They are ready to deliver only nearer to their office. If the delivery address is bit long, simply the can put message is unlocatable.
the same address we are using in Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy etc. but the never put the message " the consigner's address unlocatable".
We have mensioned the phone number clearly. they may call from nearer place to collect. But without taking any effort, they are putting wrong message in tracking.
