Courier guy called me yesterday and asked me the location, he was hardly 300-400 m away from my apartment. After i told him where to come, he said that he is coming.
After 20 minutes, i called him back and he said he left from there. He did not care about the delivery of the item.
Later i checked the status on website, it said consignee not available. His fault, he blamed on me saying i was not available. How unprofessional service it is.
