Blue Star — Delay in AC Installation and Lack of Support

Dear Concerned Team,

I would like to bring to your attention that we purchased a new split AC from Hariom Electronics, Ghaziabad on 19th April. At the time of purchase, we were assured that the installation would be completed the very next day. However, despite multiple follow-ups, the installation has still not been carried out.

We have been trying to contact both Hariom Electronics and the Blue Star customer care team continuously for the past four days, but unfortunately, we have not received any proper response or resolution. This lack of support and accountability is highly disappointing.

As a customer who has made full payment based on the commitment provided, this level of service is unacceptable. I request your immediate intervention to resolve this issue and arrange the installation at the earliest.

Looking forward to your prompt support and action, If not able to install return my money
