[Resolved] Blue Star India — Blue star bi-3hw12fbtu split ac not providing free installation as promised. | |
We purchased 2 split ac from amazon website on 28th june (See attachment). It was mentioned that purchases before 30th june has free installation. Bluestar also sent us sms by themselves immediately after the delivery of ac's for scheduling the installation (See attachment). After continuous follow up installation was done by bluestar today. But to our surprise the agent is now asking us for installation charges. So far we have paid for 2 wall mounting brackets rs900 each. Was this information helpful? | |
Jul 12, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved When I called BlueStar customer care number initially they denied such free installation offer for our product. Customer Service Number: 1800 209 1177.
Later I emailed BlueStar, Amazon and put a complaint here in consumer complaints.
Within 24hours BlueStar acknowledged the free installation and also communicated to the concerned staff not to demand installation charges.

Amazon also did its part in contacting the brand by themselves.
I am thankful to this forum, Amazon and BlueStar who did their bit in closing the issue at the earliest. Blue Star India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
