    Actually there was some problem in my air conditioner so i called for blue star service. No doubt the service came on time but the service engineer was so dumb that the ac begin to do more worse than before. Then some days later i again called for service and the new service engineer came and told that previous engineer had not repaired it but put some false sensor which he charged me at 700 rs and made it work more worse then before. Then the new engineer had repaired my ac charging me another1500rs. At the end why i suffer for there fraud engineer service. So i request you to look into the matter for there poor service.

    I buyed a bluestar refrigerator in june, after using three months, the freezer power become very low...i am calling customer care for service since august but stil no services provided by the company as i got warranted card...very poor services dont buy any bluestar product..

      Maine 22 september 2016 ko bluestar ka ac kharida tha. Us pe e5 error show hota tha main company mei complain ki to unki trf se koi action nahi liya jata bs woh hamesha new ticket no. De dete. After 7 months uski repair ki gayi lekin same dikat fr ho gayi. Fr main ac ko replace krne ki baat ki lekin un logo ki trf se bar bar uski enquiry ki gayi aur replacement ki complaint fill ki gayi lekin ac change nahi kiya gaya bs repair ki gayi yeh bol kr k yeh model abhi company mei available nahi h tb tk aap kaam chalayiye isse. Sir garmi ki wajah se meri 2 years ki beti 15 din bimaar rahi aur mere pti ko high b. P. Ki dikkat ho gayi. Sir plz help me. Iski toh ab worrenty bhi khatam ho gayegi tb iska kuch nahi ho skta.

        I buy an air conditioner in march 2015 of blue star with model no. 3hw18jbi.
        Due to some problem being occur in air conditioner on dated 3rd sept 2017 we called urban clap service provider to check my ac, they are saying that your ac blower is cracked and need replacement, they tried to procure that from the market on that day but not able to get it and they suggest us to book compliant in blue star.
        On 4th sept 2017, we booked the complaint (No. B[protected], later on changed to b[protected]) in blue star and inform their technician that blower was cracked and we need that on urgent basis. On the basis of our conversation they not visited our place till 6th sept 2017, but simultaneously raise a request for blower on 4th sept 2017.
        From 4th sept to 6th sept, we are rigorously following up with their customer care and service technician to get the status of our compliant. Their customer care suggest us to get in touch with service technician and there service technician is saying we raised the request, once we received the part we will resolve your complaint. On 6th sept 2017, we come to know that they are going to resolve our request on 12th sept 2017.
        We being consumer face lots of problem due to the following things
        1) no visit was conduct by their technician till 6th sept, on 7th sept they visit to our place when we started rigorously follow up.
        2) blue star itself is unable to provide us the parts of their product with in the stipulated time of their service being resolved that is 36 to 48 hours.
        3) no one from there team is care to inform us about the status of the product ie, where is the part, from where it’s being dispatched or whether they are able to provide the parts.
        4) blue star being a specialized in air conditioning took 8 days to provide the parts of their product which is not older than 2.5 year, though it is their responsibility to provide the parts of each product with in the stipulated time, so that the customer will not suffer.
        In all this my 5 year old daughter is suffer so badly.
        We being a consumer want to resolve our complaint at the earliest, as while selling their product they always commit to get the complaint sorted out within 24 hours, but here they are going to take 8 days for this.

          Sir, i purchase a split ac on 16 aug 2017. And till today engineers are unable to start my ac. Wiring of ac is not proper, pcb is not working, one of engineers had taken my reomte it is not given back to me. Your service engineers daily call me and say we are coming. I daily waste my around 2 working hours between office and go back to home from office. Then your engineers didn't met me there. And after calling he is not receiving my call. And after few min his mobile gets switch off. Your company service is so pethatic and so poor. As 21 days gone and your company is unable to start n install my ac.             We purchased water purifier of your co. But due to lack of service in boisar (Palghar dist.) we are very sad. Kindly suggest the way out so that we get satisfied serice. We purchased the purifier in the year 2014. Now we need to change filter for better working. Pls look into it & revert as earliest.

              We had purchased the bluestar split ac 1t 3star 3hw12jbr3 from super electronics pvt limited, uttam nagar in october, 2016. Fitting was done by the company staff itself. As winters were approaching we did not use it. When we used it in summers it did not provide cooling. We then registered a complaint twice at right care, paschim vihar and in both the cases the engineers just filled the gas without knowing the actual fault. One of the complaints was done on 16-april-2017 (Complaint ticket num - b[protected]) and they kept on re-scheduling it. When we again called back 19-april-2017 they gave another complaint num - b[protected] and it was solved on 3-may-2017. Still the problem was the same. Third time when we lodged the complaint on 13th august, 2017 we received a message that the complaint is successfully dissolved and the fact was that nobody came to our place to check the fault. Again i called up at the customer care number and when the engineers came again they said that there was no gas.in a brand new ac they filled up gas three times in a span of 4 to 5 months. The service is so poor and with a fresh piece of ac we faced so much problem. There is some problem with the piece and we want it to be changed. Every time the engineers land up with different excuses and say that parts have to be changed. Without changing the parts we get a message that your complaint is resolved. There is a complete mis-match among the team and the company. After spending 30, 000 on the products we are really unhappy with the product and services. If in the initial warranty period we are facing so much problem what's going to happen later! Kindly look into the matter and get the piece changed.

                Ac was giving hot air. We complained and technician visited and filled the gas and charged 3500 but the problem was still present. Then we again complaint and some other technician came and said thermostat is not working and changed the thing and charged 750. Still the situation was same. Third time complaint they didnt respondn and when i visited there service center they said we are still not sure about they problem. Now they are visited with new technician and this time they charged 300 as service charge. Each time ac started throwing cold air but after 15 min again went back to previous state. Now they are saying that the compressor need to be changed and it would cost 11500. What about the 4550 we paid?

                  Sir i complaint for a window ac buy on 30 mar but this is my big mistake to buy blue star product i Complaint on14/8/2017 no b [protected] but on every call no proper response on 22/8/2017 the company senior service provider mr balwinder rana ji says to wait for another one week i want to refund my payment i dont need this type of poor service early action on this subject will be highly appreciated

                    Dear Government,

                    As a customer, I feel regret to communicate on poor service response from such a reputed concern M/s Blue star

                    Please find the below issues faced at our end on buying an Air conditioner from Blue Star.

                    Date of Purchase: 28-May-2017

                    Date of Installation: 31-May-2017

                    Model No: BSL INVERTER DPLIT AC 1.5 TON 3 STAR BI/BO 3CNHW18TAF

                    1st Issue reported on: Week 29

                    Action Done: Technician was confirmed that issue it was in Stabilizer due to voltage problem. I have changed the stabilizer by same day. But problem was not in that. I repatedly faced the same problem as E1 Error.

                    2nd Issue reported on:[protected]

                    Action done:Same service technician came and reported as problem is not in stabilizer it was in machine and re-assigned the call to Senior technician.

                    3rd Issue reported on:[protected]

                    Action Done : After discussion with Mr. Ashok on Sunday 06th, They have removed all the parts of machines including mother board of INDOOR and OUTDOOR PCU. and took for service in their office.

                    4th Issue reported on[protected]

                    They check with the new parts and saying that mother board failure and replacing the new one. Now again am facing the repeated problems.

                    In-spite of being patient after so many issues, we escalated the issue to your representative Mr Ashok for support.

                    We were communicated that

                    Ø we won’t support on Sundays,
                    Ø Even for Major failures also we won’t support for replacement
                    Ø We will do repeat trouble shooting ‘n” number of times – don’t worry on customer irritations
                    In such instances your team should be much capable in fixing the issues at first time, in-turn your team is doing R & D at customer place in customer product.

                    As a customer I bought a product from a reputed brand to use with trouble free performance.

                    But I am really feel bad in experiencing the Blue star product, moreover Blue star service

                    Also for your kind information, all these issues were reported within a month. I am purely UNSATISFIED for removing all parts and replacing the sapre parts in NEW Machine.

                    Still complaints not fixed, we are holding the failed product at our end for name sake.

                    Hence requesting to consider the above instances and support us with a COMPLETE PRODUCT REPLACEMENT.

                    Else share us the escalation level for proceeding further legally.

                        We purchased a water cooler last nov'16, from the day 1 there was problem with purification system, technician are too poor, needs better training for the new products, after 1 & half months only we were able to drink water. I made a complaint last 21/7/17 regarding leakage of water & purification as we could see lot of dust like particals in the water. But so far no technician arrived till today even after making a complaint twice to the customer care.

                          Blue star bi-3hw12fbtu split ac not providing free installation as promised.

                          We purchased 2 split ac from amazon website on 28th june (See attachment). It was mentioned that purchases before 30th june has free installation.

                          Bluestar also sent us sms by themselves immediately after the delivery of ac's for scheduling the installation (See attachment).

                          After continuous follow up installation was done by bluestar today. But to our surprise the agent is now asking us for installation charges....

                          I bought blue star ac last three months before. Its function is good but indoor unit door close improper.
                          I off power button through remote but outdoor unit is running contineusly.

                          I register my complaints two times by phone. Technicians contact me today i come. But there is no response, and not attend and solution my complaints.

                            I have book a consigment of 4 items from bangalore to chittoor which is 3hrs far and even after week good are not delivered.. of which 3 items are electronic good . For whole thing they charged 19000 and kept me waiting.

                            Worst experience ever
                            Never ever opt for this company
                            I bought my Ac 15 days back and from the very first day I cud not feel if the air conditioner is working or just blowing the air .
                            I complaint once on customer care no. .ur staff arrived but cud not help me.
                            After paying a sum of 40000 ...this is not the service I expected from blue star .

                              Complain written at ahmednagar showroom. Warranty period not finish, no body come. Every day contact to day is going but any person not come. Last three days continue the same. You can take early action
                              I have got a New split A.C 3 months back but the fitting of that A.C is very disappointing...its vibrating while running and ive complaint many times but no one is willng to come and make it good ...so i want u to take a action against it...else i will take a legal step against u...i want this problem to get resolve as soon as possible...

                                    My ac is not working since 12 june, every time engineer visits, opens both inner and outer unit, but no solution, took rs.1150, as charges, ac still not working. Customer care people dont say anything except saying sorry.
                                    Once they kept my inner unit hanging condition for more than 24 hrs, pics i have attached.
                                    Its been 12 days now that too in the month of june, i am not able to use ac which i purchased on 23 april 2016. I want compensation and punishment for the irresponsibles who kept my ac in hanging, which could have ended up or might have ended up in some part damage or could have injured kids playing under.

                                      I premkishor bhakta bought deep freezer on dt - 22-aug-2016 (Against bill no - 83, anshuteck), from the day one we are facing cooling problem, handle is missing from your side, complaint launch but ur team is failed to provide handle infact your team has deliver top cover, even no buddy bother for the same we have given forcefully return the top cover.

                                      Cooling problem was still pending, your technician came & he filled gas, but after some day again we was facing cooling problem again so many call 's to customers care, finally your technician came & fix that problem after so many calls to customers care.

                                      Within a week again new problem, now compressor is making noice, so we launch complaint (B[protected] dt - 16.06.2017), technician came & told that compressor is faulty within a three day he will replace the same, but still no solution, today i called customer care & asked to connect my call to senior first he told me senior is busy with some other call & he will arrange call back but i was not ready to hang call so he transfer the line to his one of his colleagues as i was very angry this behavior & this is not the way to tackle customer this is showing your bad behavior towards customer, as i said if you people not solved my problem so tomorrow i will take my freeze to your sakinaka office & he told me to do whatever you want to do.

                                      Requesting you to plz replace my deep freezer or give me refund if you cannot provide solution.

                                      It's my humble request please improve your after sales service.
