I buy an air conditioner in march 2015 of blue star with model no. 3hw18jbi.
Due to some problem being occur in air conditioner on dated 3rd sept 2017 we called urban clap service provider to check my ac, they are saying that your ac blower is cracked and need replacement, they tried to procure that from the market on that day but not able to get it and they suggest us to book compliant in blue star.
On 4th sept 2017, we booked the complaint (No. B[protected], later on changed to b[protected]) in blue star and inform their technician that blower was cracked and we need that on urgent basis. On the basis of our conversation they not visited our place till 6th sept 2017, but simultaneously raise a request for blower on 4th sept 2017.
From 4th sept to 6th sept, we are rigorously following up with their customer care and service technician to get the status of our compliant. Their customer care suggest us to get in touch with service technician and there service technician is saying we raised the request, once we received the part we will resolve your complaint. On 6th sept 2017, we come to know that they are going to resolve our request on 12th sept 2017.
We being consumer face lots of problem due to the following things
1) no visit was conduct by their technician till 6th sept, on 7th sept they visit to our place when we started rigorously follow up.
2) blue star itself is unable to provide us the parts of their product with in the stipulated time of their service being resolved that is 36 to 48 hours.
3) no one from there team is care to inform us about the status of the product ie, where is the part, from where it’s being dispatched or whether they are able to provide the parts.
4) blue star being a specialized in air conditioning took 8 days to provide the parts of their product which is not older than 2.5 year, though it is their responsibility to provide the parts of each product with in the stipulated time, so that the customer will not suffer.
In all this my 5 year old daughter is suffer so badly.
We being a consumer want to resolve our complaint at the earliest, as while selling their product they always commit to get the complaint sorted out within 24 hours, but here they are going to take 8 days for this.

i bought a new A/C on 25/08/17, outdoor cabinet damage when its delivered by the JR AGENCIES, THIRUVOTTIYUR, CHENNAI-600019, past 1 1/2 month i inform to the blue star services, there is no response from them, what is the next step i go to your boss.
