Blue Star India — Defective product (visi cooler ) sold out dealer and not responding replace & refund

I, Nitin Bibishan Thore, would like to inform you that I purchased a VISI Deep Cooler, Model No. VC 800 CD, Serial No. 0932, from your dealer at Usha Ajency (Babar electronic )Barshi on 21/01/2026.
However, since the date of purchase, the product has had a cooling issue. The cooling is not functioning properly. From the very first day, I have been continuously lodging complaints with the dealer as well as customer care, but I have not received any proper response or resolution.
As the product has been defective since the date of purchase, I do not want it to be repaired. I request a replacement of the product. If a replacement is not provided, I will be compelled to take legal action.
I request you to provide an immediate response and resolve the issue at the earliest by replacing the product.
