For days, I have been persistently following up regarding the repair of my AC with Blue Star India. Despite registering the complaint multiple times, no technician arrived. Every call ends with the same hollow promise: “We’ve lodged your complaint”—yet there is no action, no visit, no resolution. This is happening form past 1 month.
Only after escalating the issue on LinkedIn did someone finally respond. The technician who visited took the PCBs from both the indoor and outdoor units and has since vanished—there has been no communication, no updates, and no return calls. This has left me not only without a functioning AC but also deeply concerned about the integrity of your service.
To add to the problem further, my service ticket was mysteriously closed and a new ticket was opened stating the past problem was resolved, when it was not resolved in reality. Opening and closing of a ticket without customers knowledge or consent is not just poor service, but it borders on fraudulent practice.
